Our signature massage tailored to your needs and preferences. We use a blend of classic Swedish massage and Deep Tissue techniques, where needed, to soothe muscles from soreness, aches and chronic pain, while increasing circulation and reducing stress. Treatments may be further personalized with the use of heat, cold therapy or essential oils, as needed.

This treatment focuses on where you need it most, your back, neck and shoulders. Deeper, direct pressure is used to release contracted areas, relieving chronic muscle tension, reducing pain and improving range of motion. Heat may be used to relax the muscles.

Tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women’s changing bodies and will greatly help to relieve the common discomforts associated with pregnancy. Specialty pregnancy bolsters are used to safely and comfortably lay face down or on your side, depending on preference. *Rx note required

Swedish massage techniques using heated and oiled basalt stones brings heat deep into the muscle tissue, melting away stress and tension, creating ultimate relaxation.
Foot Treatment - 30 mins $65, or 60 mins $110
After a deeply relaxing foot massage, your feet will be painted with Phyto5’s Violet Clay to hydrate and soften the skin, while helping to energetically balance your body and mind. Feet are then wrapped in steamed towels and finished with a soothing cream.
Sinus Treatment - 30 mins $75
Steaming eucalyptus & camphor vapors are inhaled as sinus points of the neck, head and face are gently massaged, stimulating the lymphatic system to reduce congestion and relieve sinus pressure.
Scalp Treatment - Add on - 15 mins $25
Specially blended essential oils are massaged into the scalp, stimulating pressure points and relaxing the mind. A perfect add on to any massage.
Head to Toe - 1 hr 45 mins $195
This full body massage is complete with an invigorating scalp and foot treatment, It doesn’t get better than this!
