Cancellations:

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment is required to avoid a 50% cost of service fee.

For no-shows and day of cancellations, 100% of the cost of treatment will be charged to the account on file and no refunds will be given for pre-paid appointments.

Arrival:

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time so you may begin to relax and prepare for your treatment. If treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled as to not inconvenience our next guest.


Spa Etiquette:

In order to maintain a relaxed and calm environment, we ask that you silence your cell phones before entering the spa area and keep your voices low. Although talking during treatments are discouraged (it’s your time to zone out right?), communicating with your therapist is sometimes necessary, please do so with soft voices as to not disturb the other guests experience.

Please leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

Although we love children, leave your little ones at home too. Only guests with appointments are allowed in the spa area.


Gratuities:

Please note that gratuity is not included in the cost of treatments. 20% gratuity is industry standard and greatly appreciated in cash.


What to Wear:

Come comfy! You’re coming to relax, remember?


Age Requirement:

Parental consent is required for guests under 18.


Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates may be purchased online, over the phone or in person. If you purchase over the phone, you can come in to pick it up or we can mail it to you or directly to the recipient.

Gift certificates can only be used at LUCCI Body & Wellness in Wappingers Falls. They cannot be used for purchases in our online shop.

Gift certificates are treated as cash, therefore they are non refundable or replaceable if lost or stolen. All sales are final.

Return Policy:

If for some reason you’d like to exchange or return an item, please do so with your receipt within 10 days of purchase. Only unused, unopened products may be exchanged or returned for store credit. All gift certificates are final sale.

We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards. Personal checks and Spafinder gift cards are not accepted.
